At Airweeve, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is returned with all original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team first so we can assist you with the return process.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please make sure to keep a valid tracking number of your return label.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
